Runic Tool:en
In General:
Just like on the EA-Servers, we have so called Runic Tools, which are used to create magical enhanced items on VM also. However, the standard-system which did only affect the templates Tailor (Schneider) & Blacksmith (Schmied) was expanded with further professions and materials. Therefore there are now runic-tools for the professions:
The Aquisition can be made in three different ways.
1. "Master of Arts" (a Champ) rewards his conquerors seldom with a random tool containing 10 uses.
2. "BoD-Reward-System" have a chance to give you a tool with high uses. (The most time consuming way to get high-class tools)
3. "Elementals" which can drop a 5-uses-tool when are beeing spawned by the use of a Gargoyle Tools
Special features: Decisive for the quantity and intensity of the magic attributes is the kind of the runic-tool. Even if there are rumors saying the crafterskill is relevant, this is only that far correct, as you need a certain skill to craft the relevant item in Exceptional quality. Otherwise there would be unnecessary losings, e.g. 35% DMI on weapons or the 15 additional resistance-points on armor. But there is no direct influence on the magic attributes, which means in the bottomline, that a GM-Smith (100% Skill) can craft weapons as good as a Legendary-Smith (120%) depending on the tool he uses.
